How we make money

RoomsInView is free for families. We never sell or share your phone number or email, and we don't take commissions when someone moves in.

• Every licensed home is listed, whether or not it pays us. We load the full list from the California Department of Social Services.
• Some homes pay a flat monthly subscription for weekly bed-check texts, price verification and the “Verified prices” badge. Every subscribing home pays the same amount. It doesn't change with how many families contact them or move in, or with how their residents pay for care.
• No referral fees, ever. No home pays us per tour, per lead or per move-in, so we have no reason to steer you toward one home over another.
• How results are ordered: first, homes with an open bed that matches your search. Then homes that confirmed their beds in the last 7 days, then homes that publish prices. Homes with confirmed inaccurate listings go last. Whether a home pays us plays no part in the order.
